- Resistance band -> Rolled-up towel

As many classes as you’d like! There is no limit to the amount of virtual barre classes you can take.
The longer the membership term, the greater the pricing discount. Memberships range from monthly to annual.
When you regularly do barre workouts, you should begin to notice physical transformation in just a few weeks, but you’ll feel the inward transformation right away.
Bar Online classes come in various lengths to accommodate any schedule. Standard classes are 60 minutes, and the express versions are 45 minutes.
We advise you to listen to your body to find the frequency that works best for you. If you feel yourself getting stronger and more confident, your frequency is at a good level. If you start feeling fatigued, you’re probably overdoing it.
The CDC recommends doing 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week —three barre classes online each week will help you meet that goal. Start there and see how your body feels! The Bar Method is non-impact and safe for your joints, so unlike other online fitness classes, you can do it up to six days a week and still give your muscles time to recover.
