Online Reservation Policy

Make a Class Reservation Up to 7 days In Advance

ONLINE RESERVATIONS: Reserve Classes online up to 60 minutes prior to class time.  You will receive an email confirmation.  When you arrive at the studio, please initial next to your name on the sign-in list so we know you are present. 

Your identifying information must match what is in our system or you won't be able to sign in to class or childcare (please let the front desk know if your information should be updated).

TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS: Reserve Classes by phone 1 hour before class up to start of class.  Call 925.933.1946 to make a phone reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 60 minutes in advance or be charged. No Exceptions. If you do not cancel your online reservation at least 1 hour before class time, and do not show for the reserved class, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CLASS (clients with unlimited packages will lose one day for each no-show).

NEW CLIENTS

New clients must fill out the new student form prior to classes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the information.

$100 New Client Special — Jumpstart your exercise routine with unlimited access to classes for 30 days! This package is for exclusive use at the Bar Method San Ramon and Walnut Creek Locations.

How to sign up online

1. Click here to begin.
2. Select and purchase a single class at the class drop-in rate, or select the $100 New Student Special.
3. Follow the steps to create an online account.
4. Reserve a class, up to a week in advance.
5. If you purchased a single class online, you have the option to turn that into the New client $100.00 special on your first visit (we will just collect the difference).  If you choose not to, you have the option of purchasing that class package one time in the close future for $100.00.

FREE Childcare ©

Childcare is available Monday through Saturday at 8:30AM, 9:45 AM and 11:00 AM.

Childcare is available on a first come, first served basis.  Reservations Strongly Recommended

Reservations — Reservations for childcare are strongly encouraged and can be made the day before or the day of your class. Reservations will not be taken more that 24 hours prior to class. When making a childcare reservation, please indicate your name, the child’s name and age, and the day and time of the class you will be attending. Call (925) 933-1946.  If you do nto hear back from us your reservation has been made.

NEW POLICY: Childcare reservation NO SHOW policy.

You must cancel your childcare reservation at least 30 minutes to avoid being charged

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to check in your child.

Child care facilities are equipped with toys, books, drawing tools, and videos. Please bring your own diapers and snacks if required.

Walnut Creek is conveniently located in a small shopping complex at 1946A Mt. Diablo Blvd, to the left of Blockbuster Video, with easy access to Hwys 24 and 680. The studio entrance is on the right of the building. Ample parking is available surrounding the building.

From Hwy 24 East:
Take the I-680 SOUTH exit onto Mt. DIABLO BLVD., go 0.8 miles.
Get in left hand turn lane at ALPINE RD., and make a u turn on Mt. DIABLO BLVD.
After completing the u-turn, make an immediate right into driveway at 1946A MT. DIABLO BLVD.

From 680 headed South:
Take the OLYMPIC BLVD. exit, go 0.4 miles.
Turn LEFT on OLYMPIC BLVD., go 0.2 miles.
Turn LEFT on ALPINE RD., go 0.2 miles.
Turn LEFT on MT. DIABLO BLVD., go <0.1 miles
Make immediate right into driveway at 1946A MT. DIABLO BLVD.

From 680 headed North:
Take the OLYMPIC BLVD. exit, go 0.4 miles.
Turn RIGHT on OLYMPIC BLVD., go 0.2 miles.
Turn LEFT on ALPINE RD., go 0.2 miles.
Turn LEFT on MT. DIABLO BLVD., go <0.1 miles
