WINTER 2009 SCHEDULE.  Beginning Janaury 1st, 2010

L1 — Beginning Level.   Little or no experience required.
L2 — Advanced Level. Must have recently taken at least 10 Mixed level classes.
Mixed — All Levels Welcome.

*  Classes held in small studio. 8 students maximum. Reservations recommended.

Reserve For Classes Up To 48 Hours In Advance

ONLINE up to 60 minutes prior to class time. You will receive an email confirmation.

Reserve a spot up to the start time of the class.

After hours calls receive a next day call back only if the class is already full.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled 60 minutes in advance or be charged.

EXCEPT the First class of the day must be cancelled by 9 PM the previous evening.

No Exceptions.

• No first time pregnant students
• Socks Required.
• NEW STUDENTS: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first class. If you do not, you may not be allowed in class

30-Day Unlimited Packages*

• Auto Renewal - $220 ($13/$14 per class)
  • (requires 3 month commitment/charge is made automatically every month)
• Single - $250 ($15/$16 per class)
• Premium Package - $300 Allows Entrance to all SF Bay Area studios.

Classes are transferrable to other Bar Method San Mateo clients.

Classes are not transferrable to other Bar Method locations unless specifically noted.

New Bar Method Clients

The $100 New Client Special is available for purchase online or at the Bar Method San Mateo studio. This package is for exclusive use at the Bar Method San Mateo location and is only available to clients who are new to our studio.

How to sign up?

1. Click here to begin.
2. Follow the steps to create an online account.
3. Select and purchase a single class for $24 or the New Client Special for $100.
4. Reserve a class, up to 48 hours in advance.
5. Arrive 15 minutes early to class. Bring socks, workout pants (below the knee) and top (tank top/t-shirt, etc.).
6. Before or immediately after class, you may purchase the New Client Special in person if you have not already done so online.
7. The 30-day $100 New Client Special will activate at the time of this first class.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

CLASS RESERVATIONS

Reservations are available for classes up to 48 hours in advance online, by phone, or in person.
You may reserve ONLY one class time per day, but be waitlisted for more than one until you secure a spot. 

WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist online up to 60 minutes before the start of all classes. As a spot opens up, you will be added to the class and sent an email confirmation, but please call the front desk to confirm your spot if you do not have access to your email.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 60 minutes in advance for all classes except the earliest AM classes, (which require cancellation by 9pm the previous evening) or you will be charged*. No Exceptions.  Reservations may be cancelled online or by phone (including voicemail).

*Class packages lose one class. Unlimited packages lose one day.

Health Requirements

• No first time pregnant students
• Doctor's note required for existing Bar Method students who are pregnant
• Continuing Bar Method students who are pregnant may take first half of class, or whole class with modifications
• Doctor's note required for clients with disk herniations or bulges in neck/back

Facilities

Bar Method San Mateo has two workout studios and locker room facilities with showers for women. Hairdryers are provided. Additional unisex lockers and a restroom are also available (no showers).

Location/Parking

Crystal Springs Center is conveniently located at the intersection of De Anza Boulevard and Polhemus Road in San Mateo. The Bar Method is located directly behind Starbucks. The center provides ample parking with additional parking available in the surrounding area. Village shopping includes Starbucks, Safeway, Longs Drugs, and Crystal Springs Cleaners.

From 280: Take 92 East/San Mateo. Exit De Anza Boulevard. Left on De Anza Blvd., follow to Crystal Springs Center.  Studio located behind Starbucks.
