Here’s how to sign up and pay for a Bar
Method class:

Choose
a studio from the list to the right. Studios that offer online services
provide links to their “Mindbodyonline”
reservation and payment pages where you can view schedule and make reservations for your chosen studio. |

When the Mindbodyonline window opens, click on “New Users: Sign up!” on the upper right hand corner under “Login”,
and follow the prompts. |

Select: “Click Here to learn how
to make reservations” on the
upper left hand corner of the Mindbodyonline
page under The Bar Method logo. Follow the
prompts. |

Attire and amenities:
You will be working on a padded
carpet, so please wear pants that cover your
knees. Most students wear simple workout tops
or Ts.
Socks or ballet slippers are required footwear in class.
The Bar Method uses its own mats
and exercise equipment. Most studios provide
lockers, towels, showers and toiletries.
