more emphasis on form (more verbal instruction
& positioning) but is still intense.
LEVEL 2 (2) has
a quicker pace and more reps. Students must have
completed at least 10 classes before entering
Level 2. No first-time students in Level 2.
MIXED
(M) are a combination of Levels 1 and
2. Levels 1 & 2 may attend Mixed Classes.
