RESERVATION POLICY
Online reservations are highly recommended for busy class times. You may reserve as many classes online as you like. However, please note that you must purchase a class or class package for all classes that you wish to reserve.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance for all classes to avoid being charged. Clients with unlimited packages will have one day deducted from their month.
NEW BAR METHOD CLIENTS
The $150 New Client Special—Jumpstart your exercise routine with unlimited classes for 30 days! This special is only available to clients who are new to any Bar Method and is for exclusive use at the Bar Method
Shrewsbury
. This package is available for purchase on-line and at the Bar Method Shrewsbury Studio.
How to sign up?
- Click Here to Begin
- You may purchase a single class for $25 and pay the balance of $125 after you take your first class (your package will activate the day of your first class).
- Follow the steps to create an online account.
- Reserve a class, up to a week in advance.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. Bring socks, workout pants (below the knee) and top (tank top/t-shirt, etc.). Please note gum and cell phones are not allowed in class.
Childcare
Childcare is available Monday thru Friday during 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m classes .
Reservations
You can view the class schedule and make reservations
online, by clicking

You may also reserve by telephone.
Pricing
Cost is $6/child. Childcare packages of
10 or 20 sessions are available.
Cancellations
You may cancel your childcare reservation up to
1 hour before the scheduled class without charge.
