Based on a combination of interval training exercise (alternating high and low intensity) and isometrics, the Bar Method targets all major muscle groups and reshapes the entire body while improving posture to give one a longer and leaner look.
The fast-moving sequence of exercises can be intense, but for those looking to burn calories and build lean, fat-burning muscle, this is the class.
Attend at least three to five classes per week for the next month and the results will be readily apparent on the beach this summer.
