We offer a 30-day unlimited auto renew package for $245 per month. A 3-month minimum commitment is required and no freezing is permitted. Sign-up at front desk for this package.
NEW CLIENT SPECIAL (BEST DEAL): $175
The $175 New Client Special is available for purchase on-line or at the studio. This package is only available to clients who are first time clients to The Bar Method. Packages are non-transferable and there is no freezing allowed.
STUDENT SPECIAL: $150
30 days of unlimited classes. Valid for high school and college students at these limited times only: 5:30am, 6:45am, 11:30am, 4:00pm, 6:30pm on weekdays and 10:30am, 11:30am on weekends. Packages are non-transferable and there is no freezing allowed.
TEACHER APPRECIATION SPECIAL: $185
30 days of unlimited classes. Valid for teachers only at these limited WEEKDAY times only: 5:30am, 6:45am, 4:00pm and 6:30pm. No weekends. Packages are non-transferable and there is no freezing allowed.
STUDIO NOTES:
Please arrive 15 minutes early
for your first class to get oriented prior to class starting. Socks
required, wear workout pants (below the knee) and top (short sleeve or tank, get ready to sweat!). No gum chewing or cell phones allowed in class.
RESERVATIONS:
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend reserving classes online in order to guarantee your spot in class. When you arrive at the studio, please check-in at the front desk so we know you have arrived and can ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Click here to schedule a class!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel 12 hours in advance of class start time to avoid a late charge. If you use a 30-day unlimited package, a day will be deducted from your package.
WAITLIST:
Classes do fill up quickly. If you'd like to attend a class that is full, please put yourself on the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens up in class, you will receive an email notification. Please reply to the email immediately whether you can attend or not. If you get into class from the waitlist and are already scheduled for another class that day, please make an effort to cancel your reservation for your other class so someone else can attend.
MOMS TO BE — HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR PREGNANT CLIENTS:
The Bar Method allows pregnant clients to take class. We have adopted several modifications that allow the exercises to be performed comfortably throughout the pregnancy. The following rules must be adhered:
Existing clients may participate with doctor’s permission (please provide Doctor’s note)
Please inform your teacher you are pregnant so appropriate modifications may be given
