New Students
Please arrive 10 minutes early
to get oriented prior to taking your first class.
New clients who do not arrive early may not be allowed in class.
You
have two reservation options:
1)
Online: reserve
a space in class and/or
childcare online up to 3
days prior to class time.
Please initial next to your
name on the sign-in list
when you arrive so we know
you are present.
PLEASE NOTE: Only clients
with a current positive
account may reserve online.
New clients or clients who
owe must call in their reservations.
Also, your identifying
information must match what
is in our system or you
won't be able to sign in
to class or childcare (please
let the front desk know
if your information should
be updated).
If you do not cancel your
online reservation at least
1 hour before class time,
and do not show for the
reserved class, YOU WILL
BE CHARGED FOR THE CLASS
(clients with unlimited
packages will lose one day
for each no-show).
We can only guarantee phoned-in
cancellations made before
8:00 AM for the morning
classes and before 4:00
PM for the afternoon/evening
classes.
Online
reservations will be cut
off 60 minutes prior to
class time.
2)
Telephone:
you may still call in your
reservation up
to 24 hours ahead
by calling the studio at
461-4461
by
8:00 AM (morning
classes) or by
4:00 PM (evening
classes). You will
be charged for the class
whether you attend or not
unless you cancel by 8:00
AM or 4:00 PM (clients with
unlimited packages will
lose one day for each no-show).
When calling, please include
your name, name(s) of children,
class time and level, and
a phone number you can be
reached at in case we need
to reach you before class.
Your
name will be added to the
sign-in list and your spot
guaranteed, unless you receive
a call back from us letting you know that we are already full.
Please

Mixed: all
levels welcome.
Level 1 - Beginner:
recommended for newer students with an emphasis
on the basics.
Level
2 - Advanced:
faster-paced, highly challenging classes
for clients who have recently taken at least 20
mixed level classes - not recommended for clients
with injuries or special conditions. For
your own saftety, please do not attend a Level
2 class unless a teacher has agreed that you are
ready.
Class
+ Class: Two separate classes will be taught at different
levels in separate rooms.

Purchase Notes
- Class packages are good for one full year.
- Refunds for class purchases
(less the cost of any classes taken) will be given
only in the first 10 days of purchase.
- Classes are nontransferable.

Childcare
©
Childcare will be available on a first come,
first serve basis during the 9:30, 9:45 and 11:00 AM
classes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. To make a reservation for the 9:30 childcare online, please register into the 9:45 childcare.
While we do our best to provide childcare as scheduled,
please understand that cancellations may be necessary
at any time.
Reservations are recommended and may be made
by 8:00 AM on the day of your class to secure
your child’s spot. Please call 415.461.4461
and indicate your name, the day and time of the
class you would like to attend, and the name and
age of your child.
Children should be sufficiently fed before coming
to class. Please do not bring food and drinks
into the childcare room. Childcare providers
are not responsible for feeding bottles to babies,
parents will be called in from class if a child
must be fed.
The price for each child is $8.
The childcare facilities are equipped with toys,
books and videos.

Studio Notes
New clients MUST
arrive 10 minutes prior to class for orientation.
New students will not be admitted after class starts.
Unisex dressing rooms and lockers are available.
Socks are required.
Pregnant
clients:

Existing clients may participate with doctor’s
permission.

Please
inform your teacher that you are pregnant
so appropriate modifications may be given.

Pregnant
clients may take the first half of class for
half price.
- No first-time pregnant students.

Location
The Bon Air Shopping Center is conveniently located
at the Sir Francis Drake Boulevard exit of Highway
101. The Bar Method is located in the back of
the center, behind the Mollie Stone’s Market.
A walkway between Luxton Optical and Bloomworks
will lead you to the studio. Ample parking is
available in the front and back of the center.
Bon Air shopping includes the Mollie Stone’s
Market, Long’s Drugs, David M. Brian, and
many more popular retail stores and restaurants.

From the south: Take 101 north,
exit Sir Francis Drake Blvd towards San Anselmo,
make left at first light onto Barry Way, turn
right into the Bon Air Shopping Center and drive
just beyond the Mollie Stone’s Market. The
studio is located behind Luxton Optical.
