We
want to give you the best possible experience in class and we want to
allow as many people as possible to enroll in each class. Therefore,
on June 3 we will begin to enforce our cancellation policy for clients
with unlimited packages: ONE DAY WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE FOR
LATE CANCEL OR NO SHOW FOR A RESERVED CLASS. Each
day, the class rosters will be reviewed for clients who late cancelled
or didn't show up for a class in which they had reserved a spot. Those
client's total # of days will be reduced by one day per no-show
or late cancel. In the beginning, we will alert you of our actions with
an e-mail or phone call as we get used to the policy enforcement.
Remember, a "late cancel" is when a reservation is canceled less than 4
hours before the start of class. However, you will not be penalized if
you were on the waitlist and get bumped into a class last minute.
Our
hope is that more of you will be able to reserve a spot in the classes
you want to attend and also give our monthly students even more
incentive to show up for class and get all the great benefits Bar
Method provides!
