1 (L-1)
Has more emphasis on form (more verbal instruction
& positioning) but is still intense.
Level
2 (L-2)
Has a quicker pace and more reps. Students
must have completed at least 10 classes before
entering Level 2. No first-time students in Level
2.
Mixed
A
combination of Levels 1 and 2. Levels 1 &
2 may attend Mixed Classes.

General
Information
Attire:
Socks or ballet slippers, and work-out
clothes such as yoga pants, light-weight T-shirts,
etc.
Health Requirements:
No first-time pregnant students.
Regular students who become pregnant must get
a note from their doctor.
No Childcare Provided.
Children 8 years and under must remain under
supervision at all times with their caretaker.
Children 9 to 12 years are not allowed to hang
on the stall bars or be in the locker rooms.
Children 13 years or older may attend classes.

Facilities:
The studio includes one airy exercise room,
comfortable changing rooms with showers, luxurious
amenities, and a welcoming reception area where
one can sip herbal tea or coffee while waiting
for class.
Location:
The studio is located at 1950 Sawtelle Blvd
in West Los Angeles, between Olympic Blvd. and
Santa Monica Blvd. (Corner of La Grange Ave.
and Sawtelle). Street Level. Go to the
South glass entry-doors (doors closest to La
Grange Ave.).
Parking:
2 hour metered street parking. Be aware
that on Thursdays and Fridays there is street cleaning
on alternate sides of Sawtelle Blvd and La Grange
Ave. BUILDING PARKING: Enter on La Grange Ave.
and into the 1950 building garage. FROM THE
GARAGE: Bring your ticket in for a reduced validation
fee of $3 for one and a half hours. Take South
Elevators (A) to 1st Floor (Street Level)

FROM THE NORTH, take the 405
Freeway South to the Olympic Blvd. exit. Turn
right on Olympic. Continue one block, turn right
on Sawtelle Blvd. Continue 3 short blocks to
La Grange Ave. 1950 Sawtelle Blvd. (red brick
building) is on East side of street just north
of La Grange. Studio is on south end of building
-Street Level.
FROM THE SOUTH, take the 405
Freeway North to the Santa Monica Blvd. exit.
Turn left on Santa Monica Blvd. Continue 2 blocks
west and turn left on Sawtelle Blvd. Go approximately
6 blocks south to 1950 Sawtelle Blvd. (red brick
building) is on East side of street just north
of La Grange. Studio is on south end of building
-Street Level.
FROM EAST OR WEST, take the
10 Freeway to the 405 Freeway. Go north one
exit to Santa Monica Blvd. Exit and follow the
above FROM THE SOUTH directions.
