”I’ve taken all kinds of cardio and fitness type classes and nothing has given me as rapid results in a short period of time. Just after one month of taking Bar Method classes (2-3 times a week), my friends and family had noticed ultimate changes in my body that I hadn’t even realized. After that moment, I attempted to try on the several pairs of jeans that I haven’t been able to wear in a couple years and I fit comfortably in all of them now! I have better posture and form.

I have lost weight in areas that I had struggled with in the past. My face (where I can gain weight fairly quickly) has slimmed down! My arms are toned and defined when they were only getting thicker and bulkier in mass from rock climbing. I have a waist now! My gluts feel and look as firm as they were when I was in high school.

My legs have become sculpted in ways I never thought possible…I am a very active person and I’m always looking for different ways to maintain fit and I’ve finally met my match. I’ve never found anything that’s been able to keep me fit, tone, stress-free, fix my back problems and posture all at once! I love the Bar Method!
