“Prior to discovering the Bar Method, I did almost every other type of exercise there is – biking, walking, weight lifting, kickboxing, spinning, swimming and yoga. None produced the astonishing results of the Bar Method. The promise is really true. The Bar Method gives a leaner body. Students seem talker and their bodies become sinewy. I can see it in other students and in myself. Each month you notice a change.
One of the most noticeable transformations for me was my arms. My arms were never heavy arms, but they lacked definition. Now, there are distinct angles in my arms. My biceps twist out from the top of the arm. There is a noticeable indentation in my deltoid. For the first time in my life, I can see my triceps.
Additionally, my stomach has gotten flatter. I was a college athlete with a weight lifting coach. I have never been as strong as I am now. This is thanks to the Bar Method. My legs are incredibly powerful and useful in explosive moves. For the first time in my life, I can do a push up without being on my knees.
Lastly, I have seen a remarkable improvement in flexibility. Prior to the Bar Method, I practiced yoga about three times a week. Currently, I am more flexible than I have ever been. I am able to do the splits for the first time since grade school.
